Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Become an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator.
• Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques.
• Check and report any maintenance needs for brewing equipment.
• Represent Restaurant Associates and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Be an exceptional communicator and build strong relationships.
• Hold previous experience in customer service.
• Show eagerness and motivation in striving for excellence.
• Take initiative and make decisions that benefit our customers.
• Have hands-on experience with brewing equipment.
• Possess the ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
