About the Role:

As a key member of our community pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients, building strong relationships and trust within the community.
  • Support the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and friendly service delivery, with a focus on enhanced services and patient outcomes.
  • Check prescriptions for accuracy and safety, assist with dispensing medications, and advise patients on routes of administration and dosages.
  • Maintain accurate records, track inventory, control stock levels, and secure controlled drugs to ensure compliance.
  • Develop close working relationships with doctors' surgeries to ensure seamless prescription and medication management.

About You:

We are seeking a professional and driven pharmacist who is passionate about healthcare and committed to developing their skills and career.

Requirements:

  • A master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm) and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Confidence in providing expert health advice and delivering advanced and enhanced services.
  • A professional and approachable manner to build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver face-to-face interactions to a high standard.
  • Enthusiasm and drive to champion your own learning and development, and grow a continuous learning culture within your team.
  • Experience of leading and developing a team, with a drive to ensure your pharmacy meets its targets.
