Civil Solicitor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Solicitor to join our team at Reed Legal. As a key member of our growing legal practice, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of civil law cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of civil law and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of civil law cases, including property disputes, contract issues, and personal injury claims.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
  • Conduct negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes, utilizing excellent analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Represent clients in court and at tribunals, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and expertise.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of civil law and regulatory changes, ensuring the highest level of expertise and professionalism.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
  • Proven experience in civil law, with a strong background in property disputes, contract issues, and personal injury claims.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with the ability to manage a busy and diverse caseload effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to draft and review legal documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
