Job Title: Systems Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineering Specialist to join our team at Expleo Technology. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and integration of complex systems.

Job Description:
This role involves working closely with Domain Subject Matter Experts to analyze functional requirements, define traceability mechanisms, and develop test cases. You will also collaborate with the Systems Integration Team to ensure that test cases are valid, feasible, and provide necessary evidence. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing system test cases in an Integration Laboratory environment and providing regular progress updates to project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze functional requirements modeled in SysML and defined within textual sub-system specifications.
  • Liaise with Domain Subject Matter Experts to elaborate or explore complex functional behavior.
  • Develop detailed test cases to verify complex system behavior.
  • Define traceability mechanisms between requirements and test cases.
  • Collaborate with the Systems Integration Team to ensure test cases are valid, traceable, feasible, and provide necessary evidence.
  • Execute system test cases in an Integration Laboratory environment.
  • Provide regular progress updates to project management teams.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Electronics/Systems Engineering/Systems Integration background.
  • Ability to read and interpret SysML models, especially Sequence and Internal Block Diagrams.
  • Ability to interpret textual functional requirements.
  • Experience writing detailed test cases to verify complex system behavior.
  • Familiarization with Model-Based Systems Engineering (CAMEO preferred).
  • Familiarization with DOORS Requirements Management software.
  • Familiarization with Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management software.
  • Familiarization with analysis tools and software such as Vector CANoe and Wireshark.
