Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at GSL Education. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to students with unique learning requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to implement personalized learning plans tailored to the student's needs.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students, promoting their well-being and engagement.
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans, collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective support.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic support system.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting student success.
  • Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
