We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Contracts Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Fire Protection Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple fire protection projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, to budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple fire protection projects, including site visits and audits
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress reports
- Liaise with site and commercial staff to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
- Conduct risk-reduction surveys and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Contracts Manager role, preferably in the fire protection industry
- Strong knowledge of fire protection projects and construction industry practices
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
