Job Summary

We're looking for dedicated individuals to work as Warehouse Operations Coordinators, ensuring our customers receive accurate and timely orders using our voice picking system.

  • Picking goods from despatch according to procedures and KPIs
  • Administration of picking documents as required
  • Ensuring all routes are picked correctly and efficiently in line with the company load planner
  • Checking products picked meet saleable quality standards in accordance with company policy, Health and Safety, and quality guidelines
  • Correct labelling of all orders for despatch
  • Compliance with Health and Safety and Hygiene legislation
Key Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your duties will include:

  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives
  • Working independently to pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Participating in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Physical fitness to work in a cold store environment
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
