Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and charismatic individual to join our Bar and Waiting Team as a Front of House Team Member. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working closely with management and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality service
  • Manage cash handling and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
