The ideal candidate will have a passion for real cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes to customers. As part of a dedicated team, you will work from a flexible all-day menu to create food that exceeds customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include preparing dishes to spec, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and following the lead of the Head Chef to ensure efficient prep and par completion. Your role will be to delight customers with exceptional food, contributing to the success of the restaurant.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef, is desirable but not essential.
  • Driven and relentless individuals with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills and a team player mindset are essential.
  • Self-motivation to work at pace with limited supervision is required.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety is necessary.
