Outlier is seeking experienced English writers to help train generative artificial intelligence models. As an AI Model Trainer, you will play a crucial role in improving the accuracy and effectiveness of our AI models.

About the Opportunity
  • Contribute your expertise to train AI models by reading and writing text
  • Work remotely with flexible hours to suit your schedule
Responsibilities
  • Rank responses produced by AI models
  • Write and rewrite prompts and responses, involving research and fact-checking
  • Assess the factuality and relevance of text produced by AI models
Requirements
  • Experience as a professional writer or editor
  • Strong sense of writing style, exceptional English-language spelling and grammar, and logic and reasoning skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to explain the strengths and weaknesses of a given piece of text
Compensation
  • Pay rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project need
  • Estimated average pay rates for core project work in the US: USD $15 per hour
