Your Role
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll install and service Intruder Alarms, Access Systems, CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems under our renowned Fire and Security brand, ADT. You'll ensure our systems meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations in the Inverness area.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Install and service devices safely, ensuring perfect working order while adhering to safety protocols.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to manage your schedule effectively and complete jobs on time.
- Accurately complete work reports, handover certificates, and other necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in the Fire & Security industry is essential.
- Skills: Ability to lift, climb ladders, and handle physical tasks with ease.
- Candidate Profile:
- Previous customer-facing experience.
- 18th Edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, FIA certifications are a plus.
- A valid driving license is required.
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000-£60,000 based on location and industry standards. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
