Park Elliott is seeking a highly skilled Head of Supply Chain to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a proven track record of leading complex operations and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Continuously improve processes to drive cost reduction, enhance service levels, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, components, and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous deals.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure that the company has the materials needed for production while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Implement inventory control procedures, including stock audits, demand forecasting, and reordering processes.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure the timely delivery of goods to production and customers.
  • Collaborate with transportation partners to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with the Production Manager to develop and implement production schedules that align with supply chain capabilities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the electrical or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations, leading teams, and driving process improvements.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of supply chain KPIs and metrics.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management software.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
