Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Till Operations: Process transactions securely, quickly, and accurately, and maintain a high level of cash handling and till operational procedures.
- Stock Management: Deliver effective product availability, replenish stock as directed, and maintain a high level of stockroom organization.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment, and contribute to achieving sales targets and store objectives.
- Adaptability: Be flexible in the hours you can work, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
