Private Client Associate Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Private Client Associate Solicitor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex and high-value matters, including wills, probate, LPAs, Court of Protection, and tax and trust matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, LPAs, and Court of Protection
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in law and regulations affecting Private Client matters
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Private Client team

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Private Client Solicitor
  • Strong knowledge of Private Client law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • STEP qualification (desirable)
