We are seeking a highly skilled Security Lead to join our team at WeDo Technology Solutions Limited. As a Security Lead, you will be responsible for leading ongoing operational change and driving security initiatives across our Azure estate.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned security professional to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our company's security posture. You will be working closely with our team of security experts to identify and mitigate security risks, develop and implement security policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO27001 and SOC1/2.
- Conduct threat analysis and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security trends and technologies, and make recommendations for implementation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security leadership, with a strong background in vulnerability management and threat analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of Azure security features, including Sentinel, Defender, and Policy Management.
- Strong understanding of industry security standards, including ISO27001 and SOC1/2.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- CISSP certification is highly desirable.
