Nursery Deputy Manager Opportunity

At Tigerlily Childcare Berks and Bucks, we are seeking an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join our team in Islington, North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to take on a leadership role in one of our flagship nurseries.

About the Role

We are looking for a Deputy Manager with excellent language skills to lead our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality early childhood education. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and a proven track record of managing teams and driving educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assist the Manager in leading the nursery team and contributing to the development of the children's curriculum
  • To manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, including staff supervision and child safeguarding
  • To work closely with the Manager to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children

Salary Details

The salary for this role is up to £38k per annum, which is in line with industry standards for a Nursery Deputy Manager in North London.
