Job Description

As Director - Global Engagement Platform Strategy, you will be responsible for driving the successful launch and growth of the Reward Gateway engagement platform into new countries. This will involve leveraging the growth opportunity in local markets that come at the intersection of the Reward Gateway and Edenred businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, create, and execute a strategy for platform and product distribution into international countries through a partnership model.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell and new product development in each market.
  • Build and enable end-to-end methodology for proposition development and product distribution into local countries.
  • Create a pricing and cost model that enables countries to build sustainable, profitable revenue through new product distribution.
  • Work with operations leaders to build a delivery model that maximizes right-shore operation and drives consistency and quality in implementation.
  • Work closely with country leaders to build leading propositions, go-to-market strategy, and launch of product.
  • Build a contracting methodology that is globally consistent yet applicable to local legislation where relevant.
  • Once footprint is established, define targets, and manage markets to budget for sales and expansion growth.
  • Continuously develop the model to drive further growth, efficiency, and expansion.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading a team with a multi-country approach for rolling out SaaS software.
  • Project management skills, diligent, highly organized, with ability to plan and lead programs.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with capacity to identify, assess, and manage project risks and interdependencies.
  • Significant experience of leading and directing the work of teams, across multiple countries and cultures.
  • A clear strategic thinker who has the ability to untangle complex problems and turn them into simple approaches that teams feel alignment to and ownership over.
  • Confidently and assertively work with a range of executive and non-executive senior stakeholders.
  • A trusted advisor to senior members of the Executive Board, providing specific guidance and strategies around integration and implementation.
  • Strong communication style; able to thoughtfully present, handle inevitable objections, encourage trust and confidence, and generate project passion.
  • Collaboration skills, flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to contribute as required.
