Job Description

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and ensuring the successful implementation of HR initiatives.

This Generalist HR role will involve ensuring that managers and employees are equipped with best practices to foster a high-performance culture.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Recruitment and employee relations
  • Performance management and absence management
  • Development of policies and procedures
  • Wellbeing and engagement initiatives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a Generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable
