We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at RAF Mildenhall. This is a part-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour.

About the Role:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of specified lodging facilities, including vacuuming, cleaning carpets, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
  • Dust furniture, ledges, and woodwork, empty ash trays, and waste baskets, polish doorknobs and other metal fixtures, and clean glass surfaces.
  • Clean washing machines, dryers, ice machines, and maintain janitor closets, linen, and storerooms.
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as shoveling snow, applying ice control material, and litter picking.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week on an as-rostered schedule (working any 5 days out of 7), with flexible working policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas.
  2. Maintain equipment and supplies in good condition.
  3. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
  4. Adhere to health and safety protocols.
