Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The HireWorks Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our college site, including off-site accommodation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the cleaning activities of a small team of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure that all areas of the college site, including accommodation, study areas, guest houses, and offices, are cleaned to a high standard.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and maintain the condition of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the college.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a college or university setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
