Job Title: Experienced Stainless Steel TIG Welder

We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder and Fabricator to join our team at Pertemps Birmingham Industrial. This is a long-term temporary to permanent position in South Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel.
  • Prepare materials and workspace for welding.
  • Conduct quality inspections of completed welds.
  • Adhere to safety standards and use personal protective equipment.
  • Conduct repairs and modifications to welding work.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate production schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and materials used.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1mm to 5mm stainless steel welding experience.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Ability to learn new techniques and adapt to changing production schedules.
