Your Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a matrix management structure to drive tech transfer activities for medical/pharma products from R&D into production.

Utilize expertise in supplier management and capital equipment acquisition to ensure seamless device scale-up activities, including DFM, DFA, precision component moulding, and assembly.

Provide input into process development tools and industry-accepted validation methods to ensure high-quality medical devices.

Develop specialist expertise in one or more of the following areas: process development & scale-up, DFM/precision medical component moulding, DFA/precision medical device assembly, primary packaging, secondary & tertiary packaging, and shipping & transport development & testing for medical/pharma products.
