About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Chef to join our team at Dine Contract Catering. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that exceeds our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Exceptional Food Service: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
  • Menu Development: Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure our offerings remain fresh and exciting.
  • Quality Control: Identify opportunities to improve our food services and implement changes to maintain the highest standards.
  • Customer Feedback: Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
  • Menu Innovation: Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Dine Contract Catering and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventories to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked and efficient.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards and comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Culinary Expertise: Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and have experience supervising a team.
  • Team Leadership: Have experience in a similar Chef role and hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
  • Adaptability: Have a flexible approach to working and be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
