We are seeking an administrative support to join the Reablement and Care at Home Team in Badenoch and Strathspey. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have experience with Excel and Word. Experience in payroll and SSTS would be advantageous. The role involves recording weekly and monthly payroll on SSTS, ensuring accurate mileage claims, and maintaining stock of PPE, uniforms, and stationery. Additionally, the team uses CM2000 for updating service users' information and databases for collating staff-related data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and process payroll on SSTS
  • Ensure accurate mileage claims and timely submission
  • Maintain stock of PPE, uniforms, and stationery
  • Update service users' information on CM2000
  • Collate staff-related data using databases

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Excel and Word
  • Payroll and SSTS experience advantageous

Working Hours:

NHS Scotland is reducing its full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part-time staff. You may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
