About the Role
The Business Development Manager position is a key role within the ZF Group, responsible for driving commercial growth and developing new business channels in the UK and Ireland aftermarket.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage with key customers and buying groups to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide company and product training to key customers
- Negotiate commercial agreements to drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, current market activities, and competitors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences
Requirements
- Proven field sales development or business development experience in the passenger car aftermarket
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Good understanding of the UK and Ireland aftermarket
- Mechanical knowledge
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams
- Fluent in English, with additional languages a strong plus
