About the Role

The Business Development Manager position is a key role within the ZF Group, responsible for driving commercial growth and developing new business channels in the UK and Ireland aftermarket.

Main Responsibilities

  • Engage with key customers and buying groups to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide company and product training to key customers
  • Negotiate commercial agreements to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, current market activities, and competitors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experiences

Requirements

  • Proven field sales development or business development experience in the passenger car aftermarket
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
  • Good understanding of the UK and Ireland aftermarket
  • Mechanical knowledge
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a strong plus
