Operational Technology Engineer

CPS Group (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced Operational Technology Engineer to join their team on a long-term rolling contract basis.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to physical systems and devices in the live manufacturing environment through robust IT-based engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network patching and maintenance
  • GPO recommendations and deployment
  • Troubleshooting issues between physical equipment and PC/Network/identity AD/infrastructure
  • Service desk request management for OT management
  • Support project work and BAU change initiatives
  • Setup and maintenance of clean room peripherals

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in Operational Technology and/or Manufacturing technical support
  • Core understanding of Operational Technology principles
  • Understanding of data/meta-data/raw data/data integrity
  • Appreciation of application and interaction with Server, PC, Network, and the physical world
