Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the S&OP process within the organisation

  • Oversee the Procurement & Supply Chain department, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Conduct regular reviews of demand and supply plans
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of S&OP, demand planning and inventory management in the FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software
