We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Actuary to join our team at Oliver James Associates Ltd. in a leadership role.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a senior qualified pensions actuary to take on a leadership position within our consultancy, where you can contribute to the growth and development of our business in the South West.
Key Responsibilities- Implement client development strategies and growth plans to further grow our presence in the region.
- Take on a client lead role, responsible for allocation and completion of work, reviewing the work of peers, and developing existing client relationships and winning new business.
- Lead a team of actuaries, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to ensure the success of our clients.
- Qualified Actuary with significant experience of working within pensions consulting.
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
- Experience in winning new business, attending pitches, and developing client relationships.
