About the Company

HAYS Specialist Recruitment is a trusted partner to over 200 clients across NI and Ireland, seeking a Coatings Specialist to join their team in Banbridge Head Quarters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for painting/airbrushing machines, repairing fibreglass and pepping, and maintaining high standards in the paint booth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Painting/airbrushing machines
  • Repairing fibreglass and pepping
  • Maintaining paint booth standards
  • Travelling to customer locations to assist with issues
  • Final setup and preparation of machines for customer locations

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a broad painting background working with various materials, including plastic, polycarbonate, fibreglass or car body repair/painting. A minimum of 1 year plus experience is required, along with a willingness to learn.
