## Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration and Validation Lead to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration and validation of our products.

## Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the verification and certification processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Lead the proving process using methodologies such as environmental, EMC, and electronic functionality testing.
* Manage and report on work packages to ensure alignment with project goals.
* Balance independent work with collaboration in a team-oriented environment.

## Requirements

* Proven experience in verification, certification, and validation processes.
* Expertise in environmental and EMC methodologies and electronic functionality testing.
* Strong background in managing projects and delivering reports on work packages.
* High degree of self-motivation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Electronics technologies knowledge and experience within the defence product range (preferred).
