About the Role

We are seeking a recent graduate with a numerical related degree to join our analytical team in Lancashire.

This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated, highly numerate graduate to make a significant difference within a rapidly growing organisation.

  1. We require you to proactively and collaboratively develop analysis and insight to support operations.
  2. Detailed analysis and reporting will be required to inform management decisions.
  3. You will identify, quantify and prioritise opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and maximise sales.
  4. Excellent analytical and technical ability will be essential to ensure the highest standards of analysis and reporting are delivered across the team.
  5. You will produce world-class deliverables fit for a world-class operation.
  6. Driving continual improvement of existing processes across Operations and beyond will be a key responsibility.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  1. A minimum 2:1 degree within a numeric based subject area.
  2. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office product suite, particularly Excel.
  3. Knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
  4. A clear, logical analytical approach to problem-solving.
  5. The ability to investigate data, find trends, forecast performance and provide insightful recommendations.
