Job Title: Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Handle ticket sales and assist with group bookings, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Sign in and out contractors for maintenance, maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Manage bookings and inquiries via the ticketing system, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Deliver a smooth and high-satisfaction experience for all visitors, exceeding expectations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, with quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong eye contact and a personable approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
