About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Careers Talent Partner to join our team at Ocado Retail Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and developing talented early-career professionals across various specialisms at our Head Office in Hatfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive early careers recruitment strategy, including planning and managing assessment centers for our Graduate and Apprenticeship schemes.
  • Collaborate with heads of department and L&D specialists to design and facilitate development programs that build retail skills for the future.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that encourages personal growth, performance, and development, and track engagement, retention, and performance of early-career talent.
  • Build strong internal relationships with senior managers to understand their talent needs and ensure they are met through our early careers strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in early careers recruitment and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Experience in planning and running assessment centers.
  • Strong understanding of talent management and development principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
