We are seeking a dedicated Registered Care Home Manager with experience in leadership and management. The ideal candidate will have a sound recent background in elderly and dementia care with a strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.

As a Registered Home Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the home shared with the Deputy Manager and will play a key role in ensuring that the company's high standards are implemented and adhered to throughout the service.

Key Responsibilities:

* 2+ years of managerial experience within an Residential Care Home setting
* Have a good understanding of CQC regulations and requirements, safeguarding and care plans
