Work Schedule: Rotating shifts

Our client is a renowned manufacturing giant with a strong presence in the UK market. As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring optimal production levels and efficiency. With a focus on quality and safety, you will work closely with the production team to identify and resolve issues, and contribute to the development of maintenance procedures and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal production levels and efficiency
  • Conduct regular inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems
  • Work closely with the production team to resolve issues and improve maintenance procedures
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer or equivalent role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to different sites as required
