Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Creation Lecturer to join our team at ICMP. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, focusing on content creation and digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and course materials for content creation and digital media modules.
  • Facilitate learning through a variety of methods, including lectures, workshops, and one-to-one tutorials.
  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
  • Contribute to the development of our curriculum and academic programs, ensuring they remain relevant and effective in preparing students for the creative industries.
  • Participate in academic events and activities, such as conferences, workshops, and research projects, to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as digital media, content creation, or a related field.
  • Proven teaching experience in content creation and digital media, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
