Pool Supervisor

Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pool Supervisor to join our team at Gerrards Cross. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service standards while safely supervising pool activities.

• Collaborate with colleagues to drive business results through effective communication
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping within the facility
• Safely supervise pool activities, ensuring the well-being of all patrons
• Support diverse program offerings and sessions, promoting a dynamic and engaging environment

National Pool Lifeguard certification is mandatory. First Aid at Work and coaching certifications are highly desirable. This role may involve working varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as well as public holidays. A DBS check will be conducted prior to commencement.
