Job Summary
We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes and communities. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
