We are seeking a talented Engineering Graduate to join our G's Group team. As part of our Engineering Graduate Programme, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on shaping the future of food production.

Achieving a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum, this programme offers a unique blend of technical and commercial skills development. You will gain a rounded understanding of our engineering processes through placements across our UK operations, and develop your leadership potential through everyday people management and supervision experience.

The programme also focuses on continuous improvement, with a commercial mindset that drives growth and success. Our development culture provides training, coaching, and opportunities for growth, ensuring you are well-equipped for a leadership role in the future.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Degree in Engineering, a genuine interest in the food and/or fresh produce industry, and either graduating in 2025 or having graduated in the last 4 years. In addition to your academic qualifications, we are looking for individuals with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
