About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Land Manager to join our team at Dandara Living. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and negotiating land and development opportunities that align with our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and evaluate potential land and development opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support the delivery of key business performance targets, including the identification and acquisition of new land and development sites.
  • Manage internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure timely and effective project delivery, from initial site identification to construction completion.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties to facilitate the exchange of contracts and subsequent legal completions, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Requirements
  • A planning or property-related degree, with a strong understanding of new build housing and development principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, numeracy, report writing, data analysis, IT proficiency, and project management skills.
  • Able to build rapport and utilize your network to grow land opportunities, with a creative approach to problem-solving and deal-making.
