Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our Project & Offshore Operations (P&OO) Finance team on a full-time, staff basis. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information, including forecasts and budgets, for your designated pool of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support to Equipment Managers in relation to equipment finances.
  • Prepare detailed monthly management accounts for assigned equipment.
  • Prepare monthly analytical reviews for assigned equipment, including variance analysis, identifying and reporting variances/areas of concern to Equipment Managers and Finance Manager.
  • Upload and review forecast results.
  • Identify and report sensitivities to Finance Manager.
  • Prepare Annual Budgets and input to 5-Year Plan.
  • Cash flow analysis for assigned equipment.
  • Compliance with Group annual fixed asset verification.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft products.
  • Exposure to Business Finance Capital (BFC) is beneficial but not essential.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, accustomed to report writing.
  • Good planning and organizing skills, accustomed to meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
