We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team in Rickmansworth. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
About the Role:- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure excellent client relationships.
- Work closely with Managers and Directors to scope new service lines and identify business opportunities.
- Review and analyze client accounts, providing tax planning and audit services as required.
- Mentor junior staff, providing constructive feedback and knowledge sharing to ensure their development and growth.
- Monitor workflow and deliverables, ensuring expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and help drive the firm's growth strategy.
