The Solution Group Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Stainless Steel Finishing Technician to join their growing workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in polishing and refining high-grade stainless steel components.

About the Role:
This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and previous experience working with precision metal polishing equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality finishes on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials and equipment to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Operate precision metal polishing equipment to achieve high-grade finishes
- Collaborate with colleagues to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with precision metal polishing equipment
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
