Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Budgeting Expert to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As an Accounting and Budgeting Expert, you will play a key role in the preparation and presentation of financial reports, as well as providing analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare and present complex financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and external auditors.
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including management and finance teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software, including Excel and Sage 200.
