Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality and efficient service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with Account Executives to provide a tailored insurance solution to clients, ranging from small businesses to large corporate risks.
- Ensure all documentation associated with placing, amending, or renewing clients' insurance programs is completed accurately and within a reasonable timeframe.
- Contribute to the development of a high company image of professionalism, competence, and customer satisfaction.
- Previous account handling experience gained within a commercial insurance environment, with relevant insurance technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate and influence.
- An eagerness to progress with CII qualifications would be supported, but is not essential.
- A competitive salary up to £42,000.
