Relationship Manager

This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to 3 years of post-graduate experience looking to build their career in Relationship Management and Commercial functions at Moody's. The position offers opportunities for growth and development, as well as the chance to work closely with internal stakeholders across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Prepare materials for customer meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Complete sales process administration, including managing and updating relationship management systems and tools.
- Conduct market research and gather intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Provide event/conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts.
- Assist with customer inquiries and engagement-related matters, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Pricing/Product, Billing/Collections teams.
- Contribute to projects and ad-hoc initiatives/campaigns, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach.
- Promote Moody's ESG offering by combining the company's credit rating agency expertise with sustainable finance knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Undergraduate/First Level degree (or equivalent)
- Fluent English and French (C1) necessary
- Previous experience in the financial services industry and similar role advantageous
- Strong digital literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce beneficial
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
- Flexible, resourceful problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle competing priorities under timelines
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse team
We offer a competitive salary range of approximately £35,000-£45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure may vary based on location, qualifications, and performance.
