Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Curaa Group, working on weekends and holidays. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate cook to deliver high-quality food services to our residents while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences, preparing and cooking daily meals for residents and staff, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in the kitchen area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food Service Delivery: Provide high-quality food service to residents, meeting their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook all daily meals for residents and staff, including modified diets and special events.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene in the kitchen area, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain equipment used in the kitchen, reporting any need for maintenance or replacement to the Catering Manager.
  • Organisation and Record-Keeping: Be organised, keep accurate records, and follow recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
