Swimming Nature is the UK's largest independent provider of private and bespoke swimming tuition, with nearly 30 years of experience in the sector. Our award-winning teaching programme is designed to help students progress through each skill level, supported by our unique rewards programme and cutting-edge technology.

As a Swimming Instructor with Swimming Nature, you will play a key role in delivering our high-quality teaching programme. You will work with students of all ages and abilities, from babies to adults, and help them achieve their swimming goals. We are looking for teachers who are passionate about swimming and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their swimming skills
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to ensure a high-quality learning environment
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Requirements:
  • ASA Level 2 or STA Swimming Instructor Qualification or equivalent international qualification
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current lifesaving qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent swimming ability and up-to-date knowledge of the sport
