Job Description

As an Accounts Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the accounting team, assisting with daily accounting tasks and helping prepare financial statements and reports. You will also be responsible for performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have AAT qualification or equivalent experience, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Previous experience in an accountancy practice is preferred, but not essential.
