Job Title: Senior Probate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Probate Lawyer to join our prestigious law firm, the PM Law Group. As a Senior Probate Lawyer, you will conduct litigation, particularly in contentious probate and trust cases, and play a key role in growing the firm's volume of contentious trust and probate work.

About the Role:
  • Financial management and cash flow control through efficient billing procedures;
  • Performing high-quality fee-earning work accurately and reliably in line with the firm's quality and risk procedures;
  • Maintaining stringent financial controls;
  • Ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality standards;
  • Developing and maintaining a network of clients and contacts;
  • Providing expert litigation support for Wills, Trusts, and Probate cases;
